XI’AN AEROSPACE-HUA YANG PRINTING & PACKAGING MACHINERY CO.,LTD. Is a whole subsidiary of XI’AN SPACE ENGINE FACTORY. The main products of the corporation are middle and high grade gravure and flexo presses and accessories for flexible and paper packaging.

Since establishment in 1999 the corporation’s R&D development, the manufacturing capacity and the market competitive power have constantly improved year by year. Now HUA YANG has grown into one of the leading manufacturers of printing & packaging machinery in China.

The corporation owns a staff with high technical level and has built one of the most modern CAD networks.

The machining equipments of the corporation cover a wide range of possibilities. A new machining center, recently introduced, is specialized in the production of frames, together with the existing product lines for idle rollers and gear boxes. The factory’s attractive advantages in the machining area are increased by the heat and surface departments, improving the HUA YANG manufacturing capacity.

In 2005 it has been completed a modern assembly workshop, of more than 6000 m², where 16 sets of large gravure and flexo machines can be installed at one time.

The  main types of printing and packaging machines manufactured are gravure and C.I. flexo machines for flexible materials, paper and folding carton.

All the models show an excellent performance to become a HUA YANG product.

After  manufacturing the first gravure machine for carton preprinting in China, HUA YANG reached now a

market share for this kind of machines of 85%, gaining a very high reputation.

Since the flexography market is expected to increase very quickly in China, the group top management, sensitive to market requirements, began to consider highly strategic the large market potential of the flexo machines, especially the C.I. flexo machines. In April 2004 HUA YANG corporation has signed a co-operation agreement with FLEXO GROUP S.r.l. of Italy. According to the agreement both sides will produce together HY-RMF brand series flexographic printing presses. The co-operation of both companies is mainly based on the common understanding of the large market potential of flexography in China and on the strong mutual capacity of production. Using European advanced technology and domestic low cost advantage, the C.I. flexo machines from the cooperative manufacturing will have great competitive power.

The management leading strategy of “taking the flexo technology as forerunner, the product top quality in a very competitive environment, the service for the market and the capacity of continuous development”, pushed HUA YANG to establish a sales and service network covering the whole country. In the north, east and south of China the HUA YANG has offices to serve the customers closely. At present our machines provide the best service in printing and packaging for domestic dairy giants including SANLU, YILI, MENTNIU, GUANGMING, HUALONG groups and HUA YANG has established has established long term cooperative relationship with these top ranking suppliers.

In 2001 HUA YANG corporation won the quality certification of the ISO9001:2000 system that is serving as a strong guarantee of the quality of products.
